About Chris Highton

I’ve always been drawn to challenges and the unique opportunities they provide. Trading captivated me for its potential to create a unique and fulfilling career. It offered a chance to master a specialized field and stand apart from the ordinary.

I began my trading journey in 2008, but my real breakthrough came in 2012 when I met Chris Lori. Under his mentorship, I started to grasp the deeper layers of price action, and for the past 13 years, I’ve honed my skills and evolved my approach.

What sets me apart is the level of depth and detail I bring to the table at PTC. I’ve repeatedly demonstrated why price moves the way it does, offering real-time examples that show analysis before it unfolds.

Trading, to me, is like a game of chess. It keeps me sharp, alert, and fully engaged. Over the years, I’ve taken what I learned from Chris Lori, internalized it, and made it my own. My approach has shifted from purely intraday trading to a hybrid of swing trading with an intraday approach.

About the Course

I created this course because I was amazed at what I could uncover in price action. My ability to analyze price with precision often surprised myself, and I wanted others to be able to experience price through the same lens of liquidity. Chris Lori encouraged me to create this course, and I’m proud to say it’s become a comprehensive guide for traders of all levels.

While initially designed for advanced traders, I realized the need to guide students from the basics to a professional level. By the end of your process, you’ll be able to identify high-probability trades that suit your unique trading style. You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of how and why price moves, giving you the ability to frame up trades with confidence. You’ll also build the skill to track liquidity, enabling you to locate pockets of liquidity and identify response points that can lead to larger trades.

Personal Philosophy

I always tell my students, “Trade with discipline. You get what you put in.”

Understanding liquidity is the foundation of successful trading. By knowing where liquidity rests and how price interacts with it, you can plan and execute trades with precision.

In the beginning, trading consumed my life 24/7. As I grew more skilled, I found balance and now approach the markets with focus and efficiency. I check the charts daily during normal session hours and stalk price when the perfect setup appears.

I wish more people understood that trading psychology often becomes a non-issue when you truly grasp price action. The value of demo trading, even when live trading, cannot be overstated. And while risk management is often talked about, understanding it deeply can transform your results—you can risk little and still gain a lot.

Vision and Goals

I hope to inspire my students to become independent thinkers, capable of crafting their own analyses and trading strategies. Through disciplined practice and thousands of sample trades, they’ll gain an in-depth understanding of price movements and learn to spot trades anywhere.

At PTC, I believe we’re delivering something far superior to anything else in the market. My goal is to leave a lasting mark on the trading industry, just as Chris Lori did. I’m committed to teaching and sharing this knowledge until the day it no longer excites me—which, given my passion, won’t be anytime soon.
