I’m inviting a limited number of people to see inside the brand-new side hustle I’m creating for myself this year.

Actually ‘side-hustle’ feels like the wrong phrase because I expect it to make almost as much as my ‘main’ business, although it’ll be much more automated.

In fact this new side-hustle will all be all about automation.

And that’s because I currently only work three hours a day on my main business and really don’t want to increase that time too much

Yep, once it’s set up and automated I reckon that I can run this new side-hustle in just one hour a day, from 5pm-6pm when it’s ‘wine-time’ from the kitchen table while my wife cooks dinner.

Seriously that’s my honest estimate, once it’s set up and automated of course.

So that’s going to be the focus, along with using inexpensive (and some free) platforms and tools, some existing products and some PLR or white label. There’ll repurposing too – and not just products – but that’s a teaser and I’ll reveal all in the publication offered today

Oh – And A.I. too…

A lot of this will be about A.I.

Why build a side-hustle when my main business is profitable?

Well for a start this isn’t going to be just a few hundred dollars a month, spending-money or a take-it-or -leave-it level of income.

I intend to build something that brings in $8k – $10k per MONTH using leverage, hacks, out of the box thinking and strategies that simply aren’t my usual approach

Why do this?

For me a side-hustle at this amount is more than just another income stream. It’s more security, it provides funds to invest with, to speculate with and to use to build a more exciting and stable future.

Security is the main word here…

It’s hedging your bets in the classic sense.

So if you have a 9-5 job, a side-income could mean that you have an alternative source of funds should anything happen to your job.

It could mean that you have additional funds to invest in other areas, in developing other areas or in your current situation such as building an extension in your house to increase the value or buying a holiday cottage for yourself or to rent out.

It’s about diversification, and making sure you have financial options.

I’ve worked with clients who wanted to build online businesses or side-hustles purely so they could invest in gold because they had little faith in the financial system.

Some people call these people ‘Preppers’, ‘Chicken Littles’ or conspiracy theorists but whatever their reasons, creating a profitable side-hustle seems like a very wise move to me, and I loved working with them.

And that’s why I’m doing it too.

I’m not building a fallout shelter in my garden or storing canned goods, but I have decided to put this strategy (that I’ve been thinking about for the past year) into action and that plan is to bring me an additional six figures a year to use for everything from spending three months working from a beach-front apartment to investing into other projects, ventures and interests.

Crypto interests me, precious metals, even art and music royalties as investments…

And quite frankly, there’s nothing like the buzz of building another income stream – a serious side-hustle – to get your creative juices flowing.

You remember that feeling where you can’t wait to get up in the morning to start work on your new project?

That’s a big part of the reason too 🙂

Could this be a ‘main’ Business?

Yes absolutely.

It’s only going to be a side-hustle for me because I have an existing online business and have no intention of stopping doing that because it’s far too profitable and I enjoy it so much.

But this would also make an ideal main business. I’m calling it a side-hustle because I’ll be showing you how I build it from scratch, and because ‘side-hustle’ is a phrase that people generally understand and it sums up my approach to this perfectly

Can it be copied or modelled?

Yes you can copy it 100%

But – full disclosure – here’s a warning:

I’m not sharing this strategy so I can teach it…

I’m simply sharing what I’M doing as I build this side-hustle.

So while I am going to be using new, different and more accessible (and a hell of a lot less expensive) platforms and tech, and this will make it accessible for most people, I’m not making any promises that this will be newbie-friendly, accessible to all or will suit a certain type of marketer or skill level either.

I AM going to be showing you how I build a brand-new list with this, how I get free traffic, create new products and make sales in a very different way than my usual approach.

I will also be using some of my existing products, but also creating new ones.

I’ll be using A.I. as I build this side-hustle too.

A.I. will have several important roles to play in my six figure side-hustle

A fair chunk of my income will be from promoting affiliate products and services (that meet my criteria) but affiliate products are open to everyone to promote too.

Hence I’m not doing Warrior Plus stuff because the approval process is a pain in the arse and the commissions and products are largely crap.

And as far as possible, everything will be automated, micro-sized (I’ll explain the full strategy about that 😉 and built from the ground up.

I’ll say that again – this will mostly be a totally new infrastructure for me because I want to keep it separate from my existing business.

That means creating a new list, new products, new subscribers, new readers and new buyers.

So to be clear…

You’re welcome to model this side-hustle strategy, just be aware that in the publication (and the ‘results’ follow-up that you’ll get too)…

…I’ll be documenting most of it from MY point of view.

I’m not teaching this (although I am sharing exactly what I do INCLUDING RESULTS), so obviously everyone who replicates my strategy will start from a different position.

(I am going to include some step by step processes though)

Think of it as a case-study, but as case study where I sometimes mention options that anyone modelling my strategy could use 😉

If you decide to model my strategy you’ll probably want to put your own spin on things, and do things your own way such choosing your own niche or ‘micro’ strategy (fully explained inside) but to be plain, YES I’m happy for anyone to copy this model as they wish.

I’m keeping it simple

I don’t do complicated because I can’t think ‘complex’

My main six-figures business is really simple, but uses some clever strategies to give me an advantage

And that’s exactly what’s happening with the side-hustle I’m building this year that I’m going to share with you – the leverage is in the strategy not the complexity!

What that means is working smarter not harder.

Inexpensive setup and platforms

A quick mention about this again…

I’m trying to keep this as separate from my main business as possible.

The reason for this?

Well the fast-thinkers among you will already have realised that a stand-alone, separate side-hustle is perfect for selling 🙂

If I create this side-hustle on my existing platforms where my main business is based I might find it bloody difficult to separate when/if I come to sell my side-hustle.

Am I building this to sell?

Dunno to be perfectly honest.

I might run it for a year or two and then sell it. If it’s bringing in my target figure which is at least $100,000 a year than it could sell for the price of a country cottage in the Scottish Highlands, or an apartment in Seville.

Who knows?

What I do know is that I’m focusing on building OPTIONS into this side-hustle, which might mean the model changes or variates every now and then. If it does I’ll let you know, don’t worry.
